Zach, good work. You look comfortable in front of the camera and offered not only useful facts, but an actual estimate for how much a project like this could potentially cost. Maybe you should get this idea in front of some people and see if it has legs. The homeless problem in high-rent cities is very real and maybe you could be the guy to model a solution that all of them can use.
Hey Zach, I really liked your elevator pitch. I though that you did a great job outlining all of the costs and time estimates, as well as the overall business idea. While it sounds like a great philanthropic venture, I do not think it is a great business idea. I do not really see much of an opportunity to profit, due to the fact that the homeless people will be working volunteer jobs. Overall, great elevator pitch.
